Profile & company settings

Update your name, email, password, brand colours and logo.

The dashboard's Settings area covers your personal profile, your password and security, and your company-level branding. Three pages, no surprises.

Profile

Settings → Profile. Edit:

  • Your name (used in the header dropdown and on operator-side proposal comments)
  • Your email (used for sign-in and notification emails — changing it triggers a re-verify)
  • Resend the email verification if it expired or you missed it
  • Delete your account (irreversible — exports your data first if you ask)

Security

Settings → Security. Change your password (the current password is required — if you've forgotten it, sign out and use the password reset link).

Two-factor auth is on the roadmap. If your team has a hard requirement on it, email hello@innkept.com and we'll prioritise.

Appearance

Settings → Appearance. Company-level branding that flows through to the proposal page and the configurator:

  • Logo — PNG or SVG, transparent background. Shown at the top of every proposal page.
  • Primary colour — used for buttons, focus rings, the active-step indicator in the configurator.
  • Accent colour — used for highlights and completed-step ticks.

See Theming & brand match for detail.

Multi-user access (coming)

Today, each operator account is single-user. Multi-user — invite a teammate, role-based permissions, audit log — is the most-requested feature on the roadmap. For now, if you need multiple people to access the same dashboard, share the credentials within your team or use a shared inbox + password manager.

Account deletion

Deleting your account from the Profile page:

  1. Cancels any active Stripe subscription immediately (no further charges).
  2. Schedules all your data for deletion within 24 hours.
  3. Sends a final email export of your leads and quotes (CSV) before deletion.

Genuinely permanent. There's no undo. Email hello@innkept.com if you'd rather pause than delete.
