Locations
Add the venues you operate from. Capacity, postcode, supported event types.
A location is a venue you operate from. Every lead, quote, product, menu and pricing plan can either be scoped to a single location or apply account-wide.
Adding a location
From the dashboard, open Locations → Add location. Fields:
| Field | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | Shown to guests when picking a venue. Keep it short. |
| Address line 1 / 2 | Yes / No | Used on the proposal page and for directions. |
| City | Yes | — |
| Postcode | Yes | — |
| Country | Yes | 2-letter ISO code, defaults to GB. |
| Capacity (min / max) | Yes | Used to validate guest counts in the configurator. |
| Description | No | Up to 2,000 characters. Shown on the proposal. |
| Event types | No | Wedding, corporate, private dining, birthday, other. Restricts which event types can pick this venue. |
| Active | Yes | Inactive locations don't appear in the configurator. |
How locations affect the configurator
- If you have one active location, the location-picker step is skipped automatically.
- If you have several, the guest sees a card per location showing capacity range and supported event types.
- Products and menus scoped to a specific location only appear when that location is chosen.
- Pricing plans scoped to a specific location only fire for that venue.
Plan limits
| Plan | Locations included |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 |
| Starter | 1 |
| Pro | 3 |
| Multi | Unlimited |
If you need more locations than your current plan allows, the Add location button will redirect you to billing. See Plans & quotas.
Editing & deleting
Edit any field at any time — changes take effect on the next widget config fetch (within a minute, typically immediately). Deleting a location is permanent and removes the venue from the picker; historical leads and quotes still reference it via a snapshot, so old proposals continue to render correctly.
Don't delete a location to "pause" it. Toggle Active off instead — the venue disappears from the configurator but stays in your records.
