Trying before you pay
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial — no card required. The trial unlocks the full product (card deposits, contracts, every connector), capped at 5 leads a month, so you can embed the widget on your own site and take real enquiries before paying. When the trial ends the dashboard locks to the billing page until you pick a plan — nothing is deleted, and your data export stays available for 90 days either way. What counts as a lead
A lead is one configurator submission — one form, one submit. Re-quoting a lead in the dashboard doesn't count as a new lead. Test submissions you make yourself via the dashboard's preview link don't count either, as long as your email matches an account on the workspace. Paid plans have no monthly lead cap.
What plan should I be on?
- Studio — you're a single-venue operator or independent caterer: configurator, viewings, magic-link proposal, BACS deposits, one CRM connector.
- Signature — you want to close the loop on the proposal page: card deposits via Stripe Connect, signed contracts, up to 3 locations, every CRM connector.
- Estate — venue group of 4–6 locations, with priority support and a named onboarding lead.
- Group / Custom — 7+ venues, bespoke contract. Email hello@innkept.com.
Annual billing
Every plan has monthly and annual pricing — annual saves 20% and is billed once a year via Stripe. Switch cycles anytime from the billing page.
VAT
Prices are net of VAT. UK customers are charged 20% VAT on top, shown clearly in Stripe Checkout. EU and rest-of-world customers should provide a VAT/business number where applicable — we apply the reverse charge automatically.
