What counts as a lead
A lead is one configurator submission — one form, one submit. Re-quoting a lead in the dashboard doesn't count as a new lead. Test submissions you make yourself via the dashboard's preview link don't count either, as long as your email matches an account on the workspace.
What happens at the cap
- The configurator stays online — guests can still walk through it.
- On Submit, the widget shows a friendly "We've stopped taking new enquiries this month — please call us" message and the form returns 429.
- You see a banner in the dashboard prompting you to upgrade.
- The cap resets on the first day of the next calendar month.
If you'd rather have leads continue and just charge overage — email hello@innkept.com; we have an enterprise plan.
What plan should I be on?
- Free — you want to validate that the configurator gets traction on your site.
- Starter — you're a single-venue operator and you want to clean up the proposal page (no Innkept footer) and push leads to your CRM.
- Pro — you've outgrown 50 leads/month, or you operate up to 3 venues.
- Multi — venue group, kitchen-share, franchise.
Annual billing
All plans are billed monthly today. Annual billing (with the customary discount) is a common request and on the roadmap.
VAT
Prices are net of VAT. UK customers are charged 20% VAT on top, shown clearly in Stripe Checkout. EU and rest-of-world customers should provide a VAT/business number where applicable — we apply the reverse charge automatically.
