What is Innkept Quote?
A 90-second tour of the configurator, the proposal page and how leads land in your CRM.
Innkept Quote sits between your website and your CRM. A guest opens a configurator on your site, walks through eight steps, and lands on a shareable proposal page. You receive a notification, the lead lands in your CRM, and the conversation starts before the kettle boils.
This is the help section for operators — venues, caterers and event planners using Innkept on their own site. If you're a guest who has been sent a proposal link, just open the email — there's nothing for you to install.
What you get
- An embeddable configurator. Two lines of HTML, drops onto Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or anything that accepts a script tag.
- Real availability. Pull iCal from Google, Outlook or your existing CRM so guests never pick a booked date.
- Live pricing. Per-guest, per-hour, per-day, flat. Surcharges and discounts applied automatically.
- An editable proposal page. Magic-link, no login. Guests can toggle items, leave a note, share with a partner.
- CRM push. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Webhook, Zapier, Email — same payload across all of them.
How a typical day looks
- A couple looking for a wedding venue lands on your
/bookpage. - They walk through the eight steps in about 90 seconds — date, type, location, guest count, menu, add-ons, viewing slot, contact details.
- They hit Submit. Within a second, three things happen: a Lead and Quote are created, a proposal page is generated, and the lead is pushed to every active destination (HubSpot, Webhook, Email, etc.).
- You see the lead in your dashboard at quote.innkept.com/dashboard, with the full quote breakdown.
- The guest receives a link to their proposal. They can open it on the train, share it with their partner, toggle off the late-licence add-on, leave a comment.
- You move them through the pipeline: contacted → viewing booked → quoted → won.
What it isn't
- Not a CRM. We push leads to the CRM you already use. We don't try to replace it.
- Not a marketplace. Guests come from your site, not ours. We never list your venue anywhere.
- Not a chatbot. The configurator is a full-bleed flow, not a corner widget asking if you have any questions.
