Pricing FAQ
What does the 14-day trial include?
Everything Innkept ships today — every CRM connector, card and BACS deposit rails, the contracts module, conversion analytics. We don't ask for a card. If you don't pick a plan, the trial closes itself.
What is the upgrade from Studio to Signature?
Studio captures and quotes — configurator, viewings, magic-link proposal, BACS (GoCardless) deposit. Signature is where you close the loop: card deposits in the proposal via Stripe Connect, signed-contract generation, three locations, every CRM connector. If your couples want to pay by card from the proposal page, you want Signature.
What counts as a "lead"?
A unique guest who completes the configurator and submits their contact details. Repeat visits from the same email don't count twice within a 30-day window. Paid plans have no monthly lead cap.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — up or down, anytime. Pro-rated by Stripe. We'll never auto-charge you to a higher tier without an explicit prompt.
Do I need a CRM to use Innkept?
No. Studio includes one CRM connector or a plain webhook; Signature and above push to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Airtable, Zapier, or any webhook. Lead emails and CSV export are on every paid plan.
Where does the deposit money go?
Straight to your own GoCardless or Stripe account. We never touch the money — we just trigger the payment from the proposal page.
What if we have more than six venues?
Our Group / Custom band starts at seven venues — bespoke contract, volume pricing, custom rules-engine support, and a direct line to our team. Email hello@innkept.com.
Are there any setup or migration fees?
No. Estate customers get a named onboarding lead and a 60-minute kick-off call — included in the rate.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in two clicks from your billing page. Your data export remains available for 90 days.
