Email notifications

Send a plain-text new-lead summary to a single inbox. Useful for shared mailboxes.

The simplest destination. Every new lead becomes a plain-text email to one address. Useful for shared inboxes (enquiries@yourvenue.co.uk) where the whole team can see it.

Setting up

  1. Open Integrations → New integration → Email.
  2. Enter the recipient email address.
  3. Save.

No tokens, no auth — we just send.

Why plain text

HTML emails get filtered, formatted differently per client, and look weird on a watch. Plain text shows up correctly everywhere, including in Slack channels piped to email and in shared Outlook mailboxes. No images, no tracking pixels.

Multiple recipients

Add another Email integration with a different recipient — they each fire independently. There's no built-in CC/BCC; if you want a shared inbox to also notify two individuals, point at the inbox and set up a forwarding rule on your mail server.

Free plan

Email is the only destination available on the Free plan — and it counts as zero against your "connectors" quota. Use it as your fallback even after you upgrade and add HubSpot or Pipedrive.
